Characters: Severus Snape/Harry Potter
They’d got an arrangement, him and Snape.
They had an arrangement, Potter and he.
Fuck-buddies, he supposed you’d call it. Or friends with benefits, except they weren’t friends, were they?
A practical contract for the mutual satisfaction of carnal desires, nothing more.
He supposed it saved Snape the trek into Hogsmeade for a rent boy.
No doubt Potter was avoiding relationships so soon after the Weasley debacle. Hence his willingness to settle for a convenient regular fuck with someone he would never normally look at.
He knew Snape would never want anything more. Harry was just glad he’d finally learned how to Occlude
He knew Potter would laugh out loud if Severus were ever to confess he had developed feelings for him.
And if sometimes after he’d made the long trek up from the dungeons to his cold and lonely bed, he dreamed that one day Severus would ask him to stay the night, well, that was just him being stupid, wasn’t it?
And if sometimes as he stared at the empty pillow where Potter’s head should be, he dreamed that one day they’d truly become lovers, what of it?
Snape didn’t need to know.
Harry would never find out.
