Characters: Severus Snape, Lucius Malfoy, ?
Lucius sipped his brandy. “He’s undeniably a handsome brute, Severus, and that collar suits him beautifully, but isn’t he a bother to look after? The grooming alone must take hours.”
“I find it rather soothing, actually,” Severus assured him with a smile.
“And I suppose he has to be exercised, as well?” The doubtful tone did not alter, but there was a speculative gleam in Lucius’ eye.
Severus smirked. “Indeed he does. Would you like to see him put through his paces? Gilderoy! Here, boy!”
Severus’ eyes were fond as the befuddled wizard bounded up eagerly to serve his master.
