Snarry 100 Challenge#156: Music
Characters: Severus Snape/Harry Potter
Severus liked to start with an adagio. Something to help him unwind after a day of humiliation and contempt, courtesy of an unforgiving wizarding world. As always, his instrument responded quickly to his touch, the soft sounds it made soothing his very soul.
Soon, Severus was in the mood for something more energetic. Warming to his task, he played a lively air; allegretto ma non troppo. His instrument sang for him, dolce e fortissimo, Severus’ nimble fingers coaxing out the most beautiful of sounds.
Afterwards, he carefully replaced it in its box.
Harry whimpered as the lid closed upon him.
